Any part that shows evidence of being used or installed improperly, and/or due to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. All packages must be inspected carefully upon receipt. We ship items over $100 value with direct signature required. Delivery shortages for missing parts and claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery. After that time no claims will be considered. Please note that damage claims must be made with the carrier.
