Any part that shows evidence of being used or installed improperly, and/or due to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. All packages must be inspected carefully upon receipt. We ship items over $100 value with direct signature required. Delivery shortages for missing parts and claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery. After that time no claims will be considered. Please note that damage claims must be made with the carrier. PLM shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise.
