Brembo warrants this product to be free from defects in manufacturer’s materials and workmanship from the date of delivery of the purchase from an authorized seller. If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Brembo will replace the defective product with another Brembo product of the same or similar type, or, at Brembo’s sole discretion, will refund the purchase price. The limited warranty period is twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery to the original end-purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage caused by, in whole or in part: misuse, alteration, modification, accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear, improper installation of the product, installation and/or maintenance of the product contrary to the directions of the manufacturer provided in the instructions for installation, use and maintenance, improper use of the product for purposes other than those set forth in the instructions; accidents between vehicles, fire, chemical corrosion, improper use of a vehicle, illicit use, use of the product on a vehicle model different from those listed. This warranty excludes coverage for any defects or complaint arising from or connected with personal comfort, noise, vibrations or harsh riding characteristics. Brembo shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by any alteration or modification of the product after purchase. Any such modification or alteration of the product, other than proper installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction, shall void this limited warranty. The product shall be installed and used only in accordance with applicable law after obtaining any authorization/approval, permit or license required by the federal or state authority. This product must be installed by highly qualified professional with necessary technical skills and experience. The product has been designed only for driving on roads. It cannot be used for high performance competitions, racing or any off-road activities. This warranty does not apply to the product if it is installed on a vehicle or equipment used for competitions, racing, any off-road activity or if used in any aircraft/aviation, marine, agriculture or industrial applications. Brembo N.V., its subsidiaries or affiliated entities, shall not be liable for damages arising from incorrect use of the product or any use not in compliance with the maintenance and safety instructions. This warranty does not cover any loss or liability for incidental or consequential damages that may be caused by a breach of this written warranty. No other warranty, express or implied, shall exist. Claim procedures Brembo will provide a replacement or, at its sole discretion, a refund of the purchase price, for any product found not to conform to this warranty, provided that the customer follows this claim filing procedure: The customer must, within 30 days after discovery of the defect or damage submit a claim to Brembo at the address provided below. The customer should detail in writing the reason for filing the claim, and submit all related paperwork, including copies of the original purchase receipt, repair orders, pictures (if applicable) and any other paperwork relating to the claim. Brembo has full discretion in determining whether any returned product satisfies the conditions of the warranty. In the event of a claim for vehicle or equipment repairs related to this warranty, the customer must, within 30 days after discovery of any defect or damage, submit a written claim to Brembo at the address above. The customer must also allow Brembo to examine the product, the vehicle and/or any affected equipment, to determine the extent of damage, if any, and whether it was caused by a defective Brembo product. Where possible, the products must be returned to Brembo for examination in their original, unmodified condition. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any claim under this warranty must be submitted to Brembo no later than two years plus 30 days following the date of delivery of the product to the original end-purchaser, or the claim shall be deemed invalid.
