Wheel mounting surfaces and vehicle hubs should be clean and free of excessive corrosion, dirt, or debris before installation.

Lug nuts should be tightened using the proper sequence and a calibrated torque wrench.
Recheck wheel fastener torque following the recommended initial break-in mileage.

Warranty

BBS wheels are warranted against structural manufacturing defects for 10 years. This warranty is void if wheel shows signs of impact damage. This warranty is void if application is not approved by BBS of America as outlined in the published BBS Application Guide and Price List. Also void if wheel is altered in any way (including, but not limited to: Disassembly of multi-piece wheels by anyone other than BBS, painting, chroming by anyone other than BBS, polishing, machining, or drilling). Warranty is also void if a PFS (centering ring system) wheel used without correct PFS hardware. Finish Wheel finish is warranted against finish manufacturing defects for the following periods. Painted Wheels: 2 years Polished Wheels: 2 years This warranty is void if finish deterioration is caused by outside influence including wheel cleaners, impact damage including stone or road debris impact, improper balance weights, improper mounting, or any other influence at the sole discretion of BBS of America. BBS only recommends the use of mild soap and water on a cool wheel. Road Hazard Program BBS of America offers a road hazard warranty for customers in order to help cover the cost of a new wheel when a repair is not possible. Wheels meeting the requirements of this warranty may be replaced at a cost to the original purchaser of 40% off the Current Suggested List Price. All Forged Line Exclusive series wheels receive a 20% discount under the road hazard program. This road hazard warranty will be available to the original purchaser of BBS wheels, and is available as a direct service to the customer from BBS. This warranty will be in effect for one year from the purchase date. Each return must be issued an RA number in order to be accepted. Any wheel to be claimed under this road hazard must be returned to BBS for processing and must include a copy of the original retail invoice. This warranty will not cover wheels which are no longer available (i.e. If the customer damages one Wheel from a set which is discontinued, a new set cannot be purchased at the 40% discount.)
