A: Wildhammer Motorsports operates primarily online. However, you can always contact our team for expert recommendations, product support, and installation guidance. To pick up parts at our Wauconda warehouse, please contact us ahead of time, and we will arrange that for you!
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through our website or by phone. Phone orders will be required to have a matching billing and shipping address.
Q: Can I ship an order to somewhere besides my billing address?
A: Yes, however, this can only be done when placing an order online. Upon checkout, you will be asked to fill out the appropriate bill-to / ship-to address. Please ensure that the billing address still matches the correct information from your payment provider; otherwise, your order may be delayed and/or cancelled, due to background checks to ensure legitimacy.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Shipping times vary depending on the product’s availability and your location. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Although we have connected warehouses throughout the country, typically we see shipment transit times within 1-5 business days within the USA.
International orders vary due to logistics and the products ordered. Please contact us for questions related to lead times, and we will provide the best and most accurate information at that time.

A: Although our warehouse in Wauconda is only a warehouse, we are connected with shops around the area to help with installation. Otherwise, if it's a smaller project, we can do that in-house for you!
