FITS 2017-2024 CAMARO ( ZL1 MODELS )

Complement your Camaro ZL1’s supercharged LT4 engine with the K&N Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake, part number 63-3099. Designed for 2017–2024 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 models, this AirCharger system replaces the factory airbox and intake tube with a lightweight carbon fiber tube and oversized filter. K&N’s testing on a stock 2017 ZL1 measured estimated gains of 23.62 horsepower at 5,379 RPM and 26.82 lb-ft of torque at 2,965 RPM, supporting increased airflow and acceleration performance. The intake tube is constructed almost entirely from carbon fiber, providing a distinctive appearance under the hood. A heat shield positions the washable red cotton-gauze filter at the original airbox mounts, while the supplied MAF housing accommodates the factory sensor. Installation also reconnects the crankcase ventilation line through a quick-connect fitting. The reusable filter can be cleaned and re-oiled, and the assembly delivers a more pronounced intake sound and improved response.

  • The included air filter uses oiled cotton media and requires re-oiling after cleaning.
  • Advertised power gains reflect testing on a stock 2017 ZL1; individual results may vary.
  • Installation transfers the factory MAF sensor into the supplied housing and requires cutting the included heat-shield edge trim to length.
  • K&N lists up to 100,000 miles between filter services, depending on conditions. Inspect every 25,000 miles and clean sooner in dusty environments.
  • Use K&N Recharger kit 99-5000 or 99-5050 for filter maintenance.
  • Retain the factory intake parts and periodically check clearance and connection tightness.
  • This intake is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
