DESCRIPTION:

Upgrade the rear braking system of your 2022+ Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing with the Girodisc A2-318 2-Piece Rear Rotors. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory rear brake rotors, these fully floating assemblies reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass while delivering improved durability and heat management for performance street driving and track use. The rotor rings are machined from Girodisc's proprietary high-carbon iron casting and feature 48 curved internal vanes that act as a centrifugal pump, pulling cooling air through the hub to help control rotor temperatures during hard braking. Each rotor uses a reusable 6061-T6 aluminum center hat with a black anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance. Girodisc manufactures the major components, including the hats, rotor rings, and drive pins, in-house at its Bellingham, Washington facility using domestically sourced materials. The serviceable two-piece design also allows worn friction rings to be replaced independently while retaining the aluminum center hats.

Important Notes

Girodisc A2-318 is designed as a direct replacement for the factory rear rotors on the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing.
Girodisc recommends replacing the rotor rings once they reach a minimum thickness of 26mm or if a crack extends to the edge of the rotor ring.
The aluminum center hats are reusable when the friction rings eventually require replacement.
Matching Girodisc A1-318 front rotors are available separately for the CT4-V Blackwing.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY: Purchaser acknowledges the Product is for off-road racing use only. The nature of off road racing involves significant risk, and the conditions under which the Product is used and types of use of the Product are many depending on factors such as installation and use. Due to the inherent risk of the activity in which the Product is used, the Purchaser understands and agrees the Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product, specifically, the warranty is limited to the following specification: less than .0015” runout and less than .0003”disc thickness variation. If Purchaser provides Seller with written notice of any condition inconsistent with the specification set forth above on or before six (6) months from the date of delivery and complies with the return requirements set forth in Section 6, then Seller will, at its election either: (a) Provide a replacement Product, or (b) Refund the purchase price. This limited warranty does not cover, and Seller will not pay for, or provide, labor or materials that which may be necessary to remove a Product or install a replacement Product. This warranty is limited to the exchange of the Product or return of the purchase price. Further, this warranty shall not apply to any Product that: (a) Is not in its original condition whatever the cause; or (b) Is not installed and operated in accordance with the standard instructions and specifications.
