This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product if the problem is due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty covers the original purchasing consumer only. Halltech will not warranty any intake product that has been improperly installed, crashed, or modified in any way. Halltech does not cover damage to any related components. Neither the seller nor Halltech will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of this product or inability by the purchaser to determine proper use or application of this product. Halltech intake products are built for off-highway use only and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities. If a problem develops call Halltech customer service and obtain an R.M.A. Number. Return the product in question direct to Halltech along with your name, address, daytime phone number, R.M.A Number, and a copy of your sales receipt. Warranty cannot be considered without a copy of your sales receipt. If it is determined that the product was defective Halltech will repair or replace the product and return it to you as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel your order for reasons other than warranty we charge a 20% restocking fee. We do not pay for shipping to or from your delivery address.
