DESCRIPTION:

Add factory heated steering wheel functionality to your 2016-2018 Chevrolet Camaro with the Gen5DIY Heated Steering Wheel Harness. Designed for Camaro owners who have already purchased a compatible factory heated steering wheel, this vehicle-specific harness provides the electrical connections needed to complete the heated wheel installation. Gen5DIY offers the harness in two configurations. Part number 220420 includes the heated steering wheel harness without a clock spring for customers who already have the required replacement clock spring. Part number 225420KIT includes the harness along with the required clock spring, also referred to as the air bag coil. Because the factory clock spring must be replaced when adding the heated steering wheel, the 225420KIT provides a convenient option for customers who need both components. For customers who already have the correct clock spring, the 220420 harness-only option avoids purchasing the component twice.
