Hawk’s HP Plus compound uses a high-tech Ferro-Carbon friction material developed for aggressive street driving, autocross, Solo II, and track-day applications. The formulation delivers higher brake torque and lower wear rates while maintaining smooth, predictable braking characteristics and strong fade resistance. HP+ is designed as a street-to-track crossover compound for enthusiasts who want increased braking capability without changing pads for occasional performance events. The compound operates from 100°F to 800°F, with an optimal temperature range of 300°F to 600°F, providing a noticeable increase in brake torque and temperature capability compared with typical OEM pads.

Important Notes

Fits the rear of 2020-2026 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Base/Stingray models.
HP+ is intended for aggressive street driving, autocross and track-day use, providing substantially greater brake torque and temperature capability than typical OEM pads.
Increased brake noise and dust should be expected compared with less aggressive Hawk street compounds such as HPS and Performance Ceramic.
HP+ is designed for iron/metal brake rotors and is not compatible with carbon-ceramic rotors.
Proper bedding is recommended.
