DESCRIPTION:

Cleanly install a compatible radar detector in your 2020-2026 Cadillac CT4 or CT5 with the Gen5DIY Plug & Play Radar Detector Harness. This harness connects inline at the rearview mirror, eliminating the need to splice wires or insert pins into the vehicle's factory wiring. It can be used with a radar detector mounted at either the windshield or rearview mirror. Two configurations are available: part number 900000 without an extra power lead and part number 900002 with an additional ignition-switched 12-volt power and ground lead. The extra lead can be used to support accessories such as a dash camera, provided the accessory's voltage requirements are properly addressed.

Important Notes

• Will not work with vehicles equipped with a manual-dimming rearview mirror. A flip lever on the bottom of the mirror indicates a manual-dimming mirror.
• Compatible radar detectors must use a phone cord-style connector.
• Part number 900002 provides an ignition-switched 12V power feed and ground. Many dash cameras require 5V, so a voltage converter may be required and is not included.
