DESCRIPTION:

Give your Camaro V6 a freer-flowing intake path with the K&N AirCharger Cold Air Intake, part number 63-3094. Designed for 2016–2024 Chevrolet Camaro 3.6L LS/LT applications, this system replaces the factory airbox and intake tube with an oversized filter and molded polyethylene tubing. K&N’s testing on a stock 2016 Camaro 3.6L measured estimated gains of 21.16 horsepower at 5,900 RPM and approximately 11.8 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 RPM. A custom heat shield positions the washable red cotton-gauze filter at the original airbox mounting location and helps protect incoming air from engine-bay heat. The black intake tube accommodates the factory MAF sensor, while supplied fittings reconnect the EVAP and crankcase ventilation lines. Couplers and mounting hardware complete the assembly, which provides a more pronounced intake sound and improved response. The reusable filter can be cleaned and re-oiled for continued service.

Installation transfers the factory MAF sensor to the supplied adapter. Follow K&N’s instructions for sensor orientation.
The factory sound-tube assembly is removed, and the remaining connection is capped with supplied components.
K&N lists a 100,000-mile cleaning interval under normal highway conditions. Inspect every 25,000 miles and clean more frequently in dusty environments.
Use K&N Recharger kit 99-5000 or 99-5050 to clean and re-oil the filter.
This intake is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
