DESCRIPTION:

Improve your Camaro SS’s breathing and acceleration response with the K&N AirCharger Cold Air Intake, part number 63-3092. Designed for 2016–2024 Chevrolet Camaro SS models equipped with the 6.2L V8, this system replaces the factory intake assembly with a black rotationally molded polyethylene tube and oversized conical filter. K&N’s testing on a stock 2016 Camaro SS measured an estimated gain of 24.46 horsepower at 4,726 RPM and approximately 17.2 lb-ft of torque at 2,976 RPM. The washable red cotton-gauze filter supplies air through the molded tube, while a custom heat shield helps reduce exposure to engine-bay heat. The assembly installs at the factory airbox mounting points and retains the original MAF sensor and crankcase ventilation connection. Supplied couplers, stainless steel clamps, and mounting hardware complete the installation. The reusable filter can be cleaned and re-oiled, and the system provides a more pronounced intake sound.
