DESCRIPTION:

Upgrade the front braking system of your 2023+ C8 Corvette Z06 with the Girodisc A1-319 2-Piece Front Rotors. Designed as a direct replacement for Z06 models equipped with the factory iron brake system, these fully floating rotor assemblies reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass while providing improved durability and heat management for performance street and track use. The rotor rings are machined from Girodisc's proprietary high-carbon iron casting and feature 72 curved internal vanes that act as a centrifugal pump, drawing cooling air through the hub during hard braking. Each rotor uses a reusable 6061-T6 aluminum center hat with a black anodized finish and high-strength steel alloy drive pins that are cadmium-plated for corrosion resistance. The serviceable two-piece design allows worn friction rings to be replaced separately using Girodisc D1-147 replacement rings while retaining the aluminum center hats, helping reduce long-term service costs for performance and track-driven Corvettes.

Important Notes

Girodisc A1-319 is specifically designed for the C8 Corvette Z06 without the Z07 carbon ceramic brake system.
These rotors are a direct replacement for the factory front iron rotors and are not the Girodisc iron-conversion setup for Z07 carbon ceramic-equipped vehicles.
Replace the rotor rings when they reach a minimum thickness of 32mm or if a crack extends to the edge of the ring.
D1-147 is the corresponding replacement front rotor ring set, allowing the Girodisc aluminum center hats to be reused.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY: Purchaser acknowledges the Product is for off-road racing use only. The nature of off road racing involves significant risk, and the conditions under which the Product is used and types of use of the Product are many depending on factors such as installation and use. Due to the inherent risk of the activity in which the Product is used, the Purchaser understands and agrees the Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product, specifically, the warranty is limited to the following specification: less than .0015” runout and less than .0003”disc thickness variation. If Purchaser provides Seller with written notice of any condition inconsistent with the specification set forth above on or before six (6) months from the date of delivery and complies with the return requirements set forth in Section 6, then Seller will, at its election either: (a) Provide a replacement Product, or (b) Refund the purchase price. This limited warranty does not cover, and Seller will not pay for, or provide, labor or materials that which may be necessary to remove a Product or install a replacement Product. This warranty is limited to the exchange of the Product or return of the purchase price. Further, this warranty shall not apply to any Product that: (a) Is not in its original condition whatever the cause; or (b) Is not installed and operated in accordance with the standard instructions and specifications.
