DESCRIPTION:
Launch harder, reduce wheel hop, and improve cornering consistency on your 2016-2024 Chevrolet Camaro with the BMR Suspension Single Adjustable Lower Trailing Arms featuring Part Number TCA060. Designed as a serious performance upgrade over the factory stamped-steel trailing arms and soft rubber bushings, the TCA060 combines heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing with premium X-Series rod ends and a single-adjustable design. This combination dramatically reduces trailing arm flex, eliminates bushing deflection, and provides the precise, bind-free suspension articulation needed for demanding street, drag racing, and road racing applications. The factory Camaro lower trailing arms use stamped-steel construction and compliant rubber bushings. While the factory design helps isolate noise, vibration, and harshness, the arms and bushings can flex and deflect when subjected to hard acceleration and cornering loads. This unwanted movement can absorb power that would otherwise be transferred to the tires while contributing to inconsistent suspension behavior. BMR engineered the TCA060 to eliminate these weaknesses and create a substantially more rigid and controlled rear suspension connection. BMR manufactures the TCA060 from heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing with MIG-welded construction. The open end of each trailing arm is formed from CNC laser-cut and CNC-formed 3/16-inch steel plate, while TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters provide additional strength at the adjustment points. Compared with the factory stamped-steel components, this robust construction dramatically reduces trailing arm flex and improves suspension repeatability under demanding loads. Instead of conventional rubber or polyurethane bushings, the TCA060 utilizes heavy-duty, zinc-plated, two-piece X-Series rod ends. These rod ends are manufactured from heat-treated chrome-moly steel and feature self-lubricating, Teflon-lined construction. BMR pairs the rod ends with custom-designed 304 stainless steel spacers, providing a durable mounting arrangement that eliminates bushing deflection while allowing bind-free suspension articulation. The TCA060's single-adjustable configuration also allows enthusiasts to fine-tune the trailing arm length for their particular suspension setup. The rod-end design provides increased articulation and reduced deflection while allowing suspension movement to occur through the intended pivot points rather than through compression of soft factory bushings. This makes the TCA060 particularly well suited for performance-oriented Camaros where suspension precision and repeatability are priorities. BMR designed the TCA060 for street performance, drag racing, and road racing applications while maintaining acceptable NVH levels and ride quality for a performance-focused rod-end design. Available in Red or Black Hammertone powdercoat finishes, the TCA060 provides long-lasting protection and BMR's recognizable performance appearance. BMR lists installation time at approximately one hour, and the trailing arms are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA.

Important Notes
- This listing is for BMR's Single Adjustable Lower Trailing Arms with rod ends.
- TCA060 is a single-adjustable design intended to provide fine-tuning capability.
- The open end of the trailing arm is manufactured from CNC laser-cut and CNC-formed 3/16-inch steel plate.
- BMR designed the TCA060 to dramatically reduce trailing arm flex.
- The rod-end design eliminates the bushing deflection associated with the factory rubber-bushed trailing arms.
- Reduced flex and deflection provide improved suspension repeatability on the street, at the starting line, and through corners.
- BMR states that the rod ends provide fine-tuning capability and bind-free suspension articulation for improved handling.
- TCA060 provides reduced deflection and increased articulation compared with the factory trailing arm arrangement.
- Because TCA060 uses rod ends instead of compliant factory rubber or polyurethane bushings, some additional suspension feedback and NVH may be noticeable compared with the factory trailing arms.
- TCA060 provides rod ends and single adjustment for customers seeking increased suspension precision and tuning capability.
- Because changing trailing arm length can affect rear suspension geometry, the vehicle's alignment should be checked after installation or adjustment.
- Professional installation and alignment are recommended for customers unfamiliar with adjustable rear suspension components.
