Designed as a substantial performance upgrade over the factory stamped-steel control arms and soft rubber bushings, the UTCA062 combines heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing with high-quality rod ends and a single-adjustable design. The result is a significantly more rigid rear suspension connection that eliminates bushing deflection while providing the adjustment and bind-free articulation needed for serious street, drag racing, and road-course applications. The Camaro's factory stamped-steel upper control arms and rubber bushings are designed with compliance to maintain comfortable factory NVH levels, but that compliance can become a disadvantage during performance driving.
