Hawk’s DTC-30 motorsports compound delivers controllable medium brake torque with smooth, consistent initial bite, excellent pedal feel, and superior release characteristics. Its multi-purpose formulation is designed to provide predictable braking control across a variety of competitive motorsports applications. DTC-30 also provides excellent cold effectiveness and a broad temperature range, allowing consistent braking performance from initial application through elevated track temperatures. The compound operates from 100°F to 1200°F, with an optimal temperature range of 100°F to 800°F, making HB925W.597 well suited for track and motorsports applications where controllable rear brake torque is important.
