FITS 2020+ C8 CORVETTE ( BASE )

DESCRIPTION:

Upgrade the rear braking performance of your 2020-2026+ C8 Corvette Base/Stingray with Hawk Performance HB925G.597 DTC-60 Rear Brake Pads. Hawk’s DTC-60 motorsports compound is engineered for vehicles experiencing extremely high deceleration rates, delivering high brake torque with excellent modulation, release, and torque-control characteristics. Its stable friction output and low pad and rotor wear make it well suited for demanding track and competition environments. DTC-60 delivers less brake torque than DTC-70 while sharing a broad high-temperature operating range, making it particularly useful as a rear compound when paired with DTC-70 front pads. The compound operates from 400°F to 1600°F, with an optimal temperature range of 600°F to 1200°F.

Key Features

  • Hawk Performance DTC-60 Motorsports compound

Important Notes

  • Fits the rear of 2020-2026 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Base/Stingray models.
  • DTC-60 is a dedicated motorsports compound intended for serious racers and experienced track drivers and is not recommended to be driven on the street.
  • DTC-60 is well suited as a rear compound with DTC-70 front pads when a split-friction setup with greater front brake torque is desired.
  • Hawk compounds are designed for iron/metal brake rotors and are not compatible with carbon-ceramic rotors.
  • Proper motorsports bedding is required.
